CRMSee Ltd is a social enterprise set up in the UK to advance and improve mainstream Municipal Call Centre employment for Blind and Visually Impaired People, through the use and integration of our uniquely adapted Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
With over ten years of development and experience within City Councils and Local Authority call centres abroad, it is our dream and belief that by working closely with recognised blind charities and trusts as well as government run organisations and charity donators we will be able to implement our software throughout UK Municipal Call Centres and will be able to put an end to the pre-conceived prejudice notions of blind people in the work place.
Our commitment is to train the blind and visually impaired employees and provide them with ongoing care and assistance throughout their working life. We also give the employer the tools, such as the software and trainers, to allow easier employment of blind and visually impaired people. Our goal and philosophy is to encourage more blind and visually impaired into employment and to eliminate prejudice against them in the workplace by showing that they are just as capable as a sighted worker.
